Transit-Insight platform includes performance monitoring component that calculates service payment for LRT operator based on service availability KPIs.
This component addresses also major business risks for Public-Private Partnership (P3) projects in transit industry, when operator’s revenue
is driven by its measurable, objective and auditable service performance indicators.
Transit-Insight is result of several years of innovative work of our R&D and Transportation divisions. Feasibility, ROI and case study of our Transit-Insight platform have been published here for the case of its implementation for Canada Line metro, Vancouver,BC, Canada P3 project.
